Design of Battery Storage Facilities
We design battery storage systems for solar power plants and industrial facilities, and we develop projects to provide balancing services in the electricity market.
We design battery energy storage systems (BESS) for photovoltaic power plants, industrial sites, and standalone grid-scale projects. We handle the entire project, from the feasibility study and system sizing to the complete project documentation required for building permits and connection to the distribution or transmission grid.
The design always includes an economic analysis of return on investment, taking into account the specific use of the storage system—self-consumption, peak shaving, electricity price arbitrage, or the provision of ancillary services. We have experience preparing projects for the provision of power balancing services required by grid operators (ČEPS, distribution companies) as part of grid stability management—FCR, aFRR, or mFRR.
We will help you navigate the conditions for participating in ancillary services markets and design a technical solution that opens up more revenue streams for your investment.
