The investor’s technical supervision is an independent professional oversight that protects the interests of the client—not the designer or contractor. We ensure that construction proceeds in accordance with the contracts, project documentation, applicable legislation, and technical standards throughout the entire implementation period.
We continuously monitor the quality of the work performed, the suitability of the materials and technologies used, adherence to the schedule, and budget utilization. In the event of deviations or disputes between the investor and the contractor, we provide an expert opinion and help resolve the situation. We participate in construction inspection days and the handover process.
Thanks to technical supervision, the investor has an overview of the actual status of the construction at every stage—and the assurance that they will receive what was agreed upon for the funds spent.
